2014 Vintage, 750ML allowed to be upright for 3 days in the fridge and enjoyed split 2 ways with my friend who grabbed it.

A – It looks very similar to Susan in that it’s a minor hazy deep orange 2 finger creamy head that fades slowly to a minor bit of lacing.

S – Smells similar to E. but has more juiciness, clementine and orange peel and grapefruit. Brett and sourdough bread a nice clean nose with juice for days.

T – This is really impressive. Basically, Susan is my favorite non-DIPA from Hill Farmstead. I love how juicy and well layered it is and I would drink it daily unless Abner was available then DUH. just think…Susan with a lot of juicy bitterness still left over even after a year with a lot of Brett C & Brett B, doughy sourdough, crackers, funk with juicy tones. Was this dry hopped after the year in oak? It ’s so good.

M – Bit mouthfeel from bottle conditioning. candy sweetness stays around for a while. It’s delicious

O – This is fantastic. I don’t want to wait and hold on to my bottles. It’s so good right now that I can’t imagine it getting any better. Fantastic!!!!!!! I love Hill Farmstead beers but this is a freaking winner like beyond the average 4.0 rating I give most HFS beers. I need more of this in my life. Amazing.
