This isn’t a full on review since it’s been so long since I’ve had Batch 2 of Art. Actually, I think Hill Farmstead is referring to these as “Blends” as opposed to “Batches” which is similar to Flora as well which is on Blend #5 released last August.
Anyway, the latest Hill Farmstead Art Blend came out this week and I grabbed a bottle and decided to crack it open. Acquired Wednesday, I tried to leave it upright in the fridge all week to allow for the most clarity but honestly it can do with about 6 weeks of being upright to really shine. Great beer, tons of wine notes, subdued hop bitterness and very refined. Excellent beer!
