A – Slightly hazy nose, mild head that fades fast
S – Nose is white grape, honeycomb, some maple wood and peach skin with a tough of sulphur.
T – Taste is slightly acetic with a touch of wheat, loads of lemon and finish contains melon and kiwi with acidic pineapple.
M – Thin body, slight oily. vinegar light lemon and pineapple at the end.
O – This is a good beer, very good considering the ABV. very tart and refreshing.
