The previous posts about this place just weren’t enough. Every time I have the time while in Belgium, an evening at Jigger’s is required. Here are my posts from 2012 and 2013.
Olivier and his friends / staff are still doing amazing things. Their care and approach to spirits, homemade syrups and bitters and use of fruit are out of this world. It’s on my must visit list every time a friend asks what to do in Belgium. I hope Olivier continues this craft for a long time. Never pass up a chance to drop in. You won’t be disappointed.
