It’s not until you move all of your beer across town in boxes and unload it in your basement that you realize there are problems to resolve. I have a problem of hoarding and this year, I’m going to seriously pair down the cellar to a reasonable amount of beer. This is absurd. Note that door at the top of the image? That’s where I told my landlord all of the beer would fit. I’m a liar.
Luckily, my locking 47×30” steel cabinets arrive today and I may need to buy a 3rd of them. The cellar here is a constant 55-60 year round. Really great conditions. Just too much effing beer.
