Picked this up at the brewery. 2 Per person I think? can’t remember. Enjoyed at home at cellar temp.A – Pitch black, amber brown on the pour. Prouces a 2 -finger semi-off white creamy dark head.

S – Nose is very grape forward, not too acidic but it’s there. Mild oaky presence with cranberries, cherries and other bright citrus notes.

T – Taste is great. Very nice. It’s bitter sweet, tannic, roasted cranberries and a touch of peppercorn at the finish. Vanilla and cherries, currants and a lot of oak. The bitter hops of Edith have faded and just a minor red wine note as well.

M – Silky smooth and sweet.

O – This is excellent.
