S – This smells amazing. A perfect mixture of how you think Damon and Bourbon Everett should smell. Shit, like what? Espresso, milk chocolate, vanilla beans and brownie / fudge cake. Cookie Cake w/ frosting? Huge bourbon nose, lots of vanilla?
T – Dear god. Seriously? This is quite possibly the most roasted espresso bean and dark cocoa chocolate bomb ever! Not as velvety or thick as Kentucky Brunch but the balance is just insane. Chocolate, booze bourbon soaked walnuts, pecans and oak. Woody, chocolatey roasted delicious.
M – Smooth and rich, coats the tongue. Jeez.
O – This is a remarkable beer. Quite possibly the best stout I’ve ever had from Hill Farmstead. I need a keg of this? Shaun? LOL
