This is a 2012 bottle acquired in Belgium allowed to sit upright for almost a year in my cellar.A – Gorgeous golden honey, light 1 finger creamy head. Bubbles remind me of a gueuze. very champagne like qualities.

S – The smell is good. Smells like a lemon lime yogurt jonge lambic with a bright citrus earthy aroma and minor barnyard funk.

T – Damn…it tastes pretty bad. Acidic, vinegar, sour apples, old moldy berries, dactyl and banana runt candies with cloves and a dry finish. Darnit, this is just downright terrible.

M – Dry and funky

O – The smell was so nice. I can’t give this more than a 2 for taste
