750 split 2-ways with the GF in some stemware at 45F – 2011 bottleA – Poured a big head that faded like seltzer. Very fizzy. Appearance very persimmon like with a clear golden orange.
S – Smells like a tart acidic grape juice with notes of honey and caramel.
T – Very grapey. Tannic, grape skins with this interesting sweet acidity that reminds me of sparkling grape juice. Very sweet
M – sweet up front and dry through out.
O – I liked this a lot. I found the tartness to me tongue numbing and the sweetness to be too close to grape juice.
