Bottle shared with Leighton. Enjoyed at 55F in stemware.A – Pretty dark pour espresso head. Nice lacing
S – Nose is roasted malts and a hint of tootsie roll. Not much sour in the nose. More oak and leather
T – Wow. Very sour. Musty and like a soured porter. Interesting but very sour!
M – Thin and oily mouth feel. nice roasted notes.
O – Not a beer I’d seek out again but pretty drinkable for a sour.
