Bottle shared with Leighton. Enjoyed at 55F in stemware.A – Incredibly bright yellow 2 finger head. Tons of foam
S – Smells grassy with some brett notes. Honey and wheat
T – Rustic taste like mineral water and brett leather. Dry overall, lots of unmalted grain like chewing on a piece of wheat. very bitter throughout with a nice hop profile.
M – Medium body, dry finish, hard to drink a lot of this due to the dryness
O – I’d say this is a good saison but 2 people couldn’t finish the bottle. too bitter perhaps?
