Bottle shared with Leighton. Enjoyed at 55F in stemware.A – Burnt reddish orange appearance. 2 finger head that is overall pretty resilient.

S – The nose is spot on to a gueuze from 3 Fonteinen. You get lots of citrus (lemon, orange) and a balance between acidity and oakiness. There are some fruits, tartness and oak

T – Taste is pretty much the same as the nose. Very much like drinking a gueuze which is pretty remarkable. This beer is tart from start to finish, I get a lot of oak, persimmon and peaches. Some sour cherries at the finish.

M – Very nice mouthfeel. It’s full bodied but not syrupy.

O – I enjoyed this a lot. A very classy beer from an awesome brewery.
