Batch 3 Nooner, nice pop of the top into a stemmed wine glass at 55FA – Like the other DOS beers, pitch oily black, although this has a nice creamy espresso colored head that doesn’t fade

S – Wow the nose is really incredible. charcoal, lots of caramel and toffee with some vanilla and coconut. Nice mocha and espresso.

T – wow. This is pretty amazing. Very sweet and creamy with some whiskey booziness and vanilla. I get some bitterness, charcoal / charred oak? there’s an interesting aspect to this….lots of chocolate but something else I can’t pinpoint.

M – Thick mouthfeel, oily and thick.

O – Wow yeah, I LOVE this beer. could drink this every day.
