S – Odd mix or smells I get chocolate and burnt aromas. A bit plasticy aroma with some weird vinegar but it’s no where near what an infected beer tastes like (chemical, red wine, tart, etc) but it’s got some nice aromas but very similar to what we got in our Noon (berliner weisse growler, plastic)
T – Okay shit, there is a tight tartness on the taste. Pedio? and a hint of lactic acid? yeah some grape skins as well. still some chocolate and whiskey it tastes like it’s REALLY good but sadly, not as good as it could be.
M – Heavy and slick. mild carbonation
O – I can tell how good this beer could be…but it’s not that. Gonna rate this one on a curve. gonna not give it a 2 but a 3.5…if I get a non infected bottle, I’ll re-rate.
