375ML Bottle, Shelton Brothers label, enjoyed at fridge temp in a wine glass and allowed to warm up.A – Pours almost still, a minimal cherry colored head around the edge of the glass. Purple bubbles arise during the glass swirl. The beer itself is bright ruby red at the pour but looks deep purple in the glass.
S – This smells like a cherry wine with a mild level of tart. Intense is certainly the best way to describe this. Smells like cherry fruit juice.
T – WOW. Well, this is a freaking intense cherry bomb! Holy crap. Cherries for miles with a nice sour lambic taste but that’s completely overwhelmed by the cherry taste from start to finish. Mouth swish brings forward more medicinal qualities like Dimetapp Cherry Flavor cough syrup.
M – Sweet and smooth, medium body.
O – I can’t easily describe this one. It’s very good but certainly needs to be shared with a friend. 375ML is actually too much for one person.
