Growler from 12/21/12. Opened on 08/05/13 and split 2 ways ice-cold leaving dregs behind. Nice pop of the top!A – Ruby Red and slightly hazy. 3 finger effervescent head appears and fades fast!
S – Without reading the description, I smelled a large strawberry nose on this one. It also smells like cheap doctor’s gloves (latex? Condoms?)
T – Nice taste overall. If you hold your nose, it’s much better. You get a healthy mix of raspberry tart and strawberry acidity. Mild tartness, not overwhelmingly sour by any means. Clean finish.
M – Light bodied, easy to drink
O – Other than the smell of a hospital waiting room, it’s a nice beer and easy to drink.
