A – blood red. Fizzy head that left pretty fast. Looks flat overall
S – Loads of ripe raspberries and a hint of sour cherries. A mild oak and a hint of vinegar
T – Holy sour! This is a huge tart acidic sour beer. Not as much vinegar as I was expecting. Raspberry purée for days and days.
M – Nice carbonation on the swish. Lingering tart acids and nice finish
O – This is a great beer but it’s intensely sour!
