Shelf turds here in Vermont. Grabbed a few of them. Bottle 18xx.A – Pours still just a small lacing. Midnight oily black

S – Tons of vanilla and bourbon and oak with some big dark chocolate and heavy bourbon nose

T – Taste is heavy on this tart acidic taste with loads of bourbon. The whiskey is actually hidden and less powerful than standard ’12 bcbs and I think this is because of the sweetness imparted by the Cherries. Rye is not pronounced and very hard to pick up.

M – heavy body, low carbonation

O – This is exceptionally balanced and tastes great now. No idea how this will change over time
