Acquired in a trade, enjoyed at 55F in a wine glassA – Impossible to get any sort of head even on a vigorous pour. Looks like still Lambic with a reddish brown hue.
S – Hint of vinegar, cherries and peaches. Some burnt notes and lots of acidic tones.
T – Tangerine / Grapefruit acidity up front followed by cherries and figs and the finish is a watery vinegar with peaches and oak.
M – Completely still, medium body
O – The 9% is so well hidden. It’s a great tasting beer and really enjoyable. Just wishing it was carbonated.
