Sour beer in a can? WHAT?!?! Buddy in Michigan sent me 3 cans from this brewery. Never heard of them before. Enjoyed at 60F in a wine glass.A – Very bright amber appearance. Nice 3 finger solid white head.
S – Currants and some ropey notes on the nose. Some lacto funk but it could just be a fruitiness.
T – Really nice tartness in this beer. More currants and cherries with some pineapple and honey / tart finish.
M – Medium body, very nice carbonation
O – Yeah, sour beer from a can at 9.25%..not exactly sure how to deal with this. It’s interesting, not boozy and nice and fruity.
