UPDATED: FEB 5, 2013 On Tap at Hill Farmstead Tap Takeover @ Prohibition PigA – Insanely cloudy. Ruby red 3 finger fluffy reddish head. Faded to almost nothing

S – Nose is all blueberry. A hint of vinegar but not much.

T – Taste is insanely fruity. Lovely blueberry tastes. Lemon peel and grape skins. Very little vinegar to taste.

WOW

via Bottle # 12xx of 1500

A – 3 finger slightly off white head. Slightly cloudy muted purple appearance. Looks like a lighter blueberry tint of every other blueberry sour I’ve had.

S – More Blueberry than I experienced on tap..probably just the glass. Still a lot of grape skins and more vinegar.

T – Vinegar taste, grape skins and blueberry tartness.

M – Medium carbonation, light body. Very lingering in the fruitiness

O – Bottle is superior to tap on this one. Bottle conditioning? Probably
