At the Co-Op via Shelton. Enjoyed at 60F in a wine glassA – Bright golden with a 3 finger fluffy white head. Very sticky lacing.
S – Mild brettanomyces funk on the nose. Apples and oak as well.
T – Taste is mild peppercorn and cloves, apples and pears with lovely brett dry funk finish. I’m getting some banana runts in here but not much.
M – Medium body, lovely pillow like carbonation and seems to last forever
O – Great beer. Solid and drinkable.
