Thanks Dak for sending this! Batch #4 enjoyed in a snifter at 55 Degrees F on my GF’s birthday.
A – Pours a still orange hue golden with great clarity and no head.
S – Lemons and wet grass. Some horsey funk and grape skins.
T – Wow. Huge oak presence in this beer followed by a perfect balance of funk and musty ripened grapes. Grape juice finish, middle is tart and it finishes very dry.
M – No carbonation, light body. Very dry!
O – This is an amazing beer. It’s remarkable and such a pleasure to drink.
