Golden burnt orange. Huge horse blanket nose. Citrus and lemons and very grassy Moldy and intense. Living the apple cider vinegar wet grass and pears. Totally still and very refreshing.
Had this alongside the Zwanze 2010 which I had in Belgium in May and again at the Hill Farmstead event over the summer via Shelton Brothers. It was nice to have this one again even if it was a small pour. The 2 year single barrel Lambic was on the left, Zwanze ’10 on the right.
