Acquired in a So-Cal trade. Bottled 8/30/12 (9ish days ago). Enjoyed in a tulip at fridge temperature.A – Nice fluffy 1 finger off white head. Fades to nothing after a minute or so. Sort of a cloudy tangerine color.

S – Very yeasty breadiness on the nose with light Simcoe and some piney notes. Some degree of citrus.

T – Mild bitterness up front followed by a muted light hopped Simcoe and Amarillo hops. Sort of a bready yeasty taste with honey and orange peels at the finish.

M – Light body, heavy carbonation.

O – This is a drinkable beer. For an equal effort, I can get Pliny so I’ll stick to that.
