375ML Bottle. Acquired at the HIll and enjoyed at 58 Degrees F in an HFS tulip with Ahi Steaks and salads at home.A – Upon uncapping, the gushing starts but I was expecting it after GoM did the same. Bright golden yellow with a hint of haze. Cloudiness grows as you get to the bottom of the bottle. I love the dregs. 2 Finger pillowy white head that fades fast.S – The nose is fantastic. Bright, citrus, orange peel and vinous characteristics. Hints of honey and lavender.

T – Exceptional taste. Tart up front, Sauvignon blanc dry finish. The middle is akin to tangerines, bready notes and brett.

M – Light body, uber bright and mouth-filling carbonation.

O – Another winner from Shaun. A fantastic saison. I only wish the bottle were bigger.
