750ML acquired in a trade. Enjoyed in an HFS tulip at 60F.A – Bronze gueuze like color. High clarity, no clouds and no head at all.

S – Lots of lemon, honey, hay and horsey funk. Hint of acidic vinegar.

T – Wow. I’m mixed on this one. At first, the cider vinegar is really disappointing. The middle has this explosion of CO2 which brings out lemony sweet funk. The finish is wood, caramel candies and tartness.

M – Light body, medium carbonation

O – This still has too much vinegar for my choice. It’s drinkable but no Lambic.
