Picked this up at the latest Farmers Market. I believe $8 a bottle. Enjoyed in a Hill Farmstead glass at cellar temp (60F)A – Minimal head, dark amber brown.
S – Maple sweetness, some spiciness, brown sugar and lemons.
T – Taste is very sweet up front and at the finish. Middle is ground pepper and carrots. The lingering is very dry and very astringent.
M – Medium body and carbonation.
O – I thought this beer would be a little sweeter, maybe less boozy. It’s not that great but still drinkable.
