Thanks Eric for the bottle. Enjoyed in a Goose Island wine-glass at fridge temp.

A – Poured a dark hazy orange with hints plum. 2 finger very effervescent head that fades to a thin line pretty fast. Excellent lacing.

S – A little boozy and full of nice floral characters. Some vanilla as well…maybe caramel.

T – Very interesting taste. very sweet, lots of wheat, caramel and sugar. Very boozy in the middle and at the end lots of alcohol notes like rye whisky. Finish is bready and some spicy cloves.

M – 75% carbonation. Medium body.

O – This is an enjoyable beer. It’s solid and very drinkable. It’s a shame it’s 12% cause I’d like to drink the entire bottle.
