Purchased 2 bottles at Hill Farmstead. Enjoyed this in a wine glass just above fridge temperature with my girlfriend.

A – Deep yellow citrus appearance. 3 finger head that faded slowly with lots of carbonating bubbles flowing bottom to top. Minor amount of haze.

S – Smells a lot like Arthur. Spicy, lots of honey and very sweet. It has this nice floral scent as well.

T – Whoa. Holy crap…okay this beer is super sweet at the start like a biting earthy loving hug of a sweetness. It has this green tea sort of dryness at the finish. Hints of honey in the middle and lots of what reminds me of eating honey suckles as a kid.

M – 75% carbonation, medium body. The floral notes last for a while.

O – This beer has really surprised me. I did not expect this! It’s incredibly delicious! Wish I had more.
