Enjoyed at fridge temp. I believe this is 2012 vintage. Enjoyed in a wine glass. Thanks Eric!

A – Hazy and cloudy bright orange sort of orange peel brightness.

S – There’s that horsey / barnyard funk at first. It’s followed by this bright orange juice citrus (probably apricot) scent. No oak and hints of very sour vinegar.

T – Huge apple cider vinegar sourness. Very acidic. Hints of apricot and orange peels. It’s VERY sour and VERY much what you DON’T want in this sort of beer. There’s some lacto in this but really…vinegar. :(

M – 25% carbonation on the mouth swish. Medium body. The vinegar sits around in your mouth for a very long time. Finish is a hint of earthy oak taste.

O – I was expecting more from this beer. It’s a mess.
