Acquired in a trade. Stuck it in the fridge and then poured into a Hill Farmstead Glass.
A – SRM of 6-7. half a finger head quickly subsided to just a minor lacing of offwhite bubbles.
S – Big grapefruit and pine. Lots of fantastic hop resin. Hints of honey and grass.
T – Wow. Super sweetness. Like drinking syrup infused with hop oils. Really tasty. Nice pine and grass notes, more of the citrus bits. Just a small bit of cinnamon taste on the back of the tongue.
M – Nice and clean, super drinkable, 90/10 carbonation on the mouth swish. Wow.
O – This beer rocks. It’s no Pliny or Heady Topper but it’s great and one I’d LOVE to have again.
