Sent to me as an extra in a trade along with 12 other Three Floyds beers. Poured into an Ommegang glass.
A – 2-Finger head mix of big and small bubbles. SRM of 18. Honey amber appearance. Minor haziness.
S – Not a huge nose on this beer. Dominated citra hops, minor lemon zest and some orange juice scent.
T – Great tasting beer. Delicious hop presences of Citra and Columbus, nice overall citrus taste with some roasted barley and bits of lemons.
M – 80/20 carbonation on the mouth swish, medium bodied.
O – Terrific beer. It’s no Heady Topper but still a great IPA.
