Acquired in a trade by a very generous guy. Dated April 18th, 2011. Poured into a Hill Farmstead Glass at Cellar Temp (55 Degrees F)

A – Poured a absolutely gorgeous ruby red color. Almost pink but with a hint of rose coloring. 3-Finger creamy colored head that quickly subsided to a tiny film of head.

S – Delicious raspberry scent on the nose followed by that terrific Gueuze scent of sour and tart. a bit of oak as well.

T – Gigantic sour raspberry, milds bits of floury rose petal taste and pollen. Grape seeds and champagne

M – 100% carbonation on mouth swish, light bodied, incredibly dry finish.

O – Wow. Another terrific Cantillon. too bad it’s in the 12 ounce format. Wishing I had a larger bottle so I could drink this all day
