Picked this up at Hunger Mountain Co-Op. Stuck it in the fridge and poured into a Stella glass. Stoked to try this Mikkeller / Grassroots collaboration!

A – 3-Finger off-white head full of tiny little creamy bubblers. Beer is a very pale yellow like watered down urine. Very very light with bits of haziness.

S – Smells a lot like Grassroot’s Wachu Saison. Big wheat profile, brett funk and citra hops. HUGE bits of lemon zest on a deeper smell.

T – Wow. Yeah, great Citra and Centennial hops with a great funkiness from the brett. Nice bit of wheat. Lemon and Apricot taste and grassy / earthyness.

M – 100% Carbonation on the mouth swish. Lingering hops and heavy body.

O – Tasty. It’s a bit boozy considering it’s only 6%. Very impressive though.
