Thanks Shawn for picking this up for me in Montpelier. Poured into a Duvel Tulip at Fridge TEMP!

A – Half-finger head crystal clear with big and small bubbles. SRM 4 on the scale. Dark gold to light brown in color. Head dissipated fast with no lacing.

S – Very light Rye, lots of very earthy malts and minimal bready yeast. It has a golden wheat sort of scent like a german wheat beer.

T – Hard to really late. Solid rye which I’m not a fan of in beers. I’m not a rye guy so this is a subjective taste test. Very earthy, very drinkable, Taste is rye and roasted malts.

M – No carbonation, light bodied, dry finish

O – It’s alright. Solid B on my scale but I’m not a rye lover. wouldn’t buy again.
