Thanks Shawn for sharing. Poured into a tulip glass at 45 Degrees F. 2011 Vintage. Enjoyed with friends.
A – Half-Finger white head. Hazey, dark gold appearance.
S – Wow. Bread, spices, earthiness, funk and very much a Geuze in all ways
T – Intense tart and sour. Sweeter than expected. Grapefruit, sweet yeast and honey traces.
M – 80% mouthfeel carbonation, dry and zero lingering of the tartness. It leaves pretty fast
O – Very interesting. Great but not an A+
