Bolt | Peters and Blurb are honoring the date the first camera phone photo was taken, June 11, 1997, with a one-day conference dedicated to iPhoneography and mobile photography called 1197.

I encourage all iPhoneographers to attend this because you can meet other iPhoneographers and talk about filters and digital zoom and other stupid shit that iPhoneographers care about. Please don’t blog about or tweet about this conference though because I’ll just vomit. Hey, if you’re an iPhoneographer, this is the conference for you.
I’m happy that we have Photographers and iPhoneographers. It’s good to keep that separate because they’re not one in the same.
