Now that CA's drought is over, are people just going to go back to the way things were or will plans to avoid this never happening again take place? Desalinization initiatives, eliminating fresh-water flowing into the sea, switching to low-water gardens & lawns, pulling back on water sucking vegetables grown in the I-5 corridor, resolving all of the water-rights acts that farmers are grandfathered into? Is this still a priority for CA's government or is it "well, we have snow now so let's just go back to doing nothing"?
