Split 3 ways<\/p>\n<p>A &#8211; Pours a dark brown with some red edges. a 4-finger bottle conditioned pretty off-white to brown head with some nice sticky lacing.<\/p>\n<p>S &#8211; The nose is good. Certainly, a brown ale but it\u2019s stout very intense, good aroma, decent overall. has an oaky aroma with belgian yeast.<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; I crap you not, this is a De Dolle Herbier. totally a low-ABV brown ale with oak and a little funk. This has a lot of depth. At the base, yeah a brown-ale. but with so much more going on.<\/p>\n<p>M &#8211; mOuthfeel is perfect. Has a lot of good carbonation from the bottle conditioning<\/p>\n<p>O &#8211; so&#8230;a brown ale. I like it. I like it very much like I like the De Dolle beers. If Shaun made this a 375ML $5 beer, I\u2019d grab 6 of them to have every few months and see how it ages.
