Could be incredibly beautiful after sitting for a few months.<\/p>\n<p>S &#8211; Aroma is very peppery. Honey, clove and even some ginger. Oak presence is slow and a little sour grape.<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; Interesting taste. Lots of belgian yeast, oaky, strange, sort of tannic, high in bitterness. wheat, grain, bread dough. strange.<\/p>\n<p>M &#8211; Explosive mouthfeel. chalky finish<\/p>\n<p>O &#8211; This was very interesting.
