It wasn\u2019t a big affair as I went alone. I had stew (of course) and some mashed baked apples. I also had a 1999 3 Fonteinen Kriek and a 2010 Orval. I was going to order more but decided to save my beer appetite for a tasting that night.<\/p>\n<p>The Oude Kriek was amazing. The cork pop was huge, the pour was perfect and flavor was spot on.
