Cork opened up with a small pop but nothing severe. Enjoyed 2 ways in a Gueuze tumbler at 40F<\/p>\n<p>A &#8211; No head at all, maybe a few bubbles. a hazy yellow gold appearance.<\/p>\n<p>S &#8211; Very egg-forward, lots of peach, lemon and fresh cut apple with a great tannic cognac quality<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; This is incredibly sour. Lemon forward, the finish is like a rotten egg or moldy grapefruit. Very sour, wheat heavy, sharp acidic fruits and a rush of balsamic vinegar at the finish that lingers for a while<\/p>\n<p>M &#8211; Thick, under-attenuated, very sour and almost no carbonation<\/p>\n<p>O &#8211; This is a big disappointment.
