font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 20px 10px 0px 0px; line-height: 1.5;\">Traded a FouFoune for this beer in the spring of 2013. Opened it up with Chris. Sour in the Rye Kumquat was awesome so let\u2019s see how this does. Opened around 40F and slowly let it warm up.A &#8211; The most bronze \/ copper colored beer I\u2019ve seen. 2 finger fluffy off-white head that fades to a nice thin line.<\/p>\n<p>S &#8211; The smell is really nice! Loads of spice, tart acetic acid with a touch of balsamic. Peaches are there but not in the nose as much as taste.<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; I gotta say the heartburn kicked in as soon as I took the first sip. Rye spice, vanilla and honey and a really great oak presence, tannic green grape skins and just a ton of peach fuzz, apricot and grapey tastes. But it\u2019s very sour, very difficult to drink more than a glass.<\/p>\n<p>M &#8211; Not a lot to say. Has the regular SiTR mouthfeel.
