Acquired in a trade, enjoyed at 55F in a wine glassA – Impossible to get any sort of head even on a vigorous pour. Looks like still Lambic with a reddish brown hue.<\/p>\n

S – Hint of vinegar, cherries and peaches. Some burnt notes and lots of acidic tones.<\/p>\n

T – Tangerine \/ Grapefruit acidity up front followed by cherries and figs and the finish is a watery vinegar with peaches and oak.<\/p>\n

M – Completely still, medium body<\/p>\n

O – The 9% is so well hidden. It\u2019s a great tasting beer and really enjoyable. Just wishing it was carbonated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
