UPDATED: FEB 5, 2013<\/small>\u00a0On Tap at Hill Farmstead Tap Takeover @ Prohibition PigA – Insanely cloudy. Ruby red 3 finger fluffy reddish head. Faded to almost nothing<\/p>\n

S – Nose is all blueberry. A hint of vinegar but not much.<\/p>\n

T – Taste is insanely fruity. Lovely blueberry tastes. Lemon peel and grape skins. Very little vinegar to taste.<\/p>\n

A – 3 finger slightly off white head. Slightly cloudy muted purple appearance. Looks like a lighter blueberry tint of every other blueberry sour I\u2019ve had.<\/p>\n

S – More Blueberry than I experienced on tap..probably just the glass. Still a lot of grape skins and more vinegar.<\/p>\n

T – Vinegar taste, grape skins and blueberry tartness.<\/p>\n

M – Medium carbonation, light body. Very lingering in the fruitiness<\/p>\n

O – Bottle is superior to tap on this one. Bottle conditioning? Probably<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
