Basically, the drywall should be done by now and Heather and I would have spent the weekend painting. Instead, I show up Friday to 1 wall hung, the ceiling hung and the house in no position to be painted. Next major work on this place will be replacing the vinyl siding and wrapping the house in a Tyvec-like material. That figure will bump up 25% best case depending on how many trees I remove.
