For the past 3 years, I\u2019ve been paying $60 month for web-hosting. It is money well-spent but I\u2019ve grown beyond the needs of that server and I\u2019ll be moving to a London based server and saving a bit of money each month. $38 monthly versus $60 for a server with a larger disk (for my growing online photo gallery) and it will include a server-wide SSL certificate along with hourly off-site backups as opposed to the daily that I have today.<\/p>\n
Throughout this week and through next-Sunday (January 31st), it\u2019s possible there will be times that you can\u2019t email me and my blog won\u2019t resolve. Not a huge deal but some people may notice and whenever I migrate hosts, the emails of \u201cdude your site is down\u201d will come quickly :)<\/p>\n
