There are 3 cafes I&#8217;ve visited. The first being Muddy Waters which the low-quality coffee was overshadowed by a fantastic work environment with comfy chairs and the second being Uncommon Grounds who had a nice roast quality but overall weak preparation of their drinks at least to my taste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.35714285714285715em 0px; padding: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.4285714285714286em; color: #222222; font-family: verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: #fafafa;\">Maglianero is the #1 Yelp Rated Coffee shop in Burlington, it&#8217;s not downtown which is a plus and is located inside of an art gallery. Space is limited and seating is in the gallery portion of the building. Maglianero uses Counter Culture Coffee and they do not use a consistent &#8220;espresso roast&#8221; for espresso and instead opt to rotate the ever-changing Single Origin Counter Culture beans for espresso shots. Anyone that pulls shots normally knows changing beans often presents challenges to baristas but the patron benefits by a nice variety of flavors and textures over time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.35714285714285715em 0px; padding: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.4285714285714286em; color: #222222; font-family: verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: #fafafa;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: 600; margin: 0px;\">Overall<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.35714285714285715em 0px; padding: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.4285714285714286em; color: #222222; font-family: verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: #fafafa;\">I was the last person to stop in Saturday at 5:40PM as they close at 6PM. I apologized to Kevin who was the sole person there. We talked coffee and he was really fantastic. They only pour double-shots here which more shops should do simply due to ease for baristas and espresso quality. Good good overall body, none of the thin tea-like flavors that 3rd wave shops are doing now and no sediment which was a huge plus.
