Or I may wait another few months to make sure my new habits are set. Who knows. Either way, when I do rebuild I\u2019ll be doing it slowly and carefully. I\u2019ve done this in a more permanent way like Deleting Twitter, Facebook and other social networks. I use Reddit and some beer forums and that\u2019s it.
